  • Secretary – to attend meetings of the Appeal Committee and the Committee of the Area Festival Managers for taking, preparing and circulating minutes. To provide any other secretarial duties that may be required.

  • A Festival Office Administration Manager was appointed during the summer of 2010 to manage the process of recording donations to the Festival and to administer the stock of merchandise (jewels, ties, hankies, etc). He needs some part-time assistance, primarily in managing the flow of stock and ultimately with processing donations to the Festival. In addition to dealing with queries relating to the paperwork accompanying donations, this assistance will primarily entail entering data onto the Donations Database, held on the 2015 Festival computer in Festival Office. Experience of computerised book-keeping or similar accounting data-entry would be a great advantage.
