Candidates for entry into a Chapter must be Proposed & Seconded by either a subscribing member or an Honorary Member (who has served as First Principal of the Chapter) and to whom the Candidate is known personally.
The Proposition may take place either at a Regular Convocation, or by notice in writing to the Scribe E, at least 14 days before the next Convocation.
No ballot shall take place unless the name of the Candidate, together with his details [see Exaltation Summons template], shall have appeared on the Summons.
