JOINERS FROM A FOREIGN RA CONSTITUTION

Grand Lodge or Grand Chapter Certificate to be submitted (through Provincial Office) to the Grand SE. Do NOT ballot until Grand SE issues a Certificate of eligibility, which must accompany the Form P when submitted.
On receipt of Certificate of eligibility the ballot may proceed.
Scribe E will complete Form P.
Before joining, the candidate must make the following Declaration (Reg 68), “I, ……….., exalted in …..Chapter No…. on the Register of the Grand Chapter of ……….. do solemnly promise that if I am admitted a member of this Chapter I will pay strict obedience to the commands of the First Grand Principal and the regulations of the Supreme Grand Chapter”.
The Declaration must be recorded in the Minutes.
The Joining Member MUST be presented with a Book of Constitutions.
Within 2 weeks of joining, the fully completed Form P and the clearance letter, together with the appropriate Fee, should be forwarded to the Provincial Office.
