Dispensations are also required to:
- enable the manager or proprietor of the place at which a Lodge meets to hold any office in the Lodge;
(Craft: Rule 117) - enable a Candidate less than 21 years of age to be Initiated;
(Craft: Rule 157) - enable a Lodge to confer a degree on any Brother less than four weeks later than the previous degree was conferred on him;
(Craft: Rule 172 – noting Rule 139 [d]) - permit Brethren to wear Masonic regalia in public;
(Craft: Rule 178) - enable a Lodge with less than five members to continue to meet.
