This can be either at round tables or in a traditional table setting.
Traditional Table

A typical Top Table seating arrangement for a traditional setting is:
- Senior Grand Officer
- Assistant to the Provincial Grand Principals [if present]
- District Chairman
- Assistant Provincial Grand Master
- “Birthday Boy”
- Worshipful Master
- Immediate Past Master
- Lodge Chaplain
- District Secretary

- Lodge Director of Ceremonies
