The Provincial Secretariat is managed by The Provincial Grand Secretary (Grand Scribe E), WBro (EComp) H Alan J Garnett. Many of the team are volunteers who work a few days each week to complete various taske, others are employed by the Province to carry out administrative work to ensure the smooth running of the Province - this may be secretarial, financial, legal, purely administrative, data management, communication etc. Others are employed by the East Lancashire Masonic Charity to look after all the work involved in administration for the ELMC and ensure the welfare of its beneficiaries. We owe each of this individuals our gratitude for the work that they do, much behind the scenes, on our behalf.
