The Lodge Mentor's Interfaces . . .

 

  • The Lodge Almoner:
    • to identify and address absences for reasons other than illness (e.g. disinclination, personal conflicts)  
  • The Lodge DC:
    • to provide support to Candidates during and between degree ceremonies (e.g. signs, words, responses)  
  • The Proposer and Seconder:
    • to monitor their Candidate's progress and to identify potential issues before they become problems  
  • The District Membership Officer:
    • to assist with compilation of records and monitoring the reasons for Brethren leaving their Lodges
