Brethren,

A significant and important part of my work is the pastoral and other visits I make to the Craft Lodges under my care. I attach great importance to these visits - to meet you the Brethren, find out more about the Lodge, provide any support that I am able and convey news and information concerning our Districts, our Area, the Province and Freemasonry generally.

More importantly, it gives me the opportunity to listen to you, find out your problems and celebrate your succcesses. I am a Freemason just like you, and the main aim of my journey is always going to be to enjoy my time amongst you, sharing the same basic aim of relishing a night (or day) of happiness together. This is the most important thing in Freemasonry, if we enjoy our Lodge meetings and Festive Boards then everything else will follow. our enthusiasm for Freemasonry is only a function of the work that we put in to make it enjoyable.

With all this in mind I intend to keep an updated list of my diary / visit schedule on this page. It will also include details of some of my administrative work so you can see that it isn't all being out and about having fun. Please keep checking back as there are a number of pastoral and othe visits that I am still arranging. With some of my visits I will be accompanied by various members of the District Team and Acting Provincial Officers of the Year. This offers an excellent opportunity to meet them, all of whom share my enthusiasm for all things masonic. Their numbers will also boost attendance and I hope that it will be certain we are going to enjoy an excellent time together. I am also anxious that the District Officers come to see you separately in their own right. The District Mentor, Charity Steward, Communications and Recruitment Officers all have a tale to tell and information that will certainly inform and hopefully help your Lodge. The Chairman and his Deputy have similar and more general contributions to make and support to offer. The Group Leaders and Deputies are there to support the District Officers and are farily central to augmenting two way communication between your Lodges and the District. I hope you are able to make all of these individuals welcome. They have a job to do but they do it to enjoy their Freemasonry all the more.

The list below also explains the ceremony being worked or the occasion being celebrated. You may not be a member of the Lodge concerned, but I am sure if you make contact with a request to visit, you will be made most welcome. Hence the final reason for this list - so you can find out where I am, swell the numbers and enjoy the occasion. Don't worry, I won't think you are stalking me!
