The Structure of Freemasonry in East Lancashire

Freemasons meet in Masonic Lodges. Each Lodge has a name and a number. Usually a number of Lodges come together to share the same venue, usually a Masonic Hall, though not necessarily. Masonic Halls are grouped together to form a Masonic District. Each District usually has a name and a number. A District Team is responsible for the organisation and well-being of the Members and Lodges in its District. Finally, Districts are combined to form an Area - with the responsibility of each Area being given to an Assistant Provincial Grand Master (APGM).

The following list shows the eight Masonic Areas and the Districts that make up that Area. Within each District the list shows the Masonic Halls that make up that District. The name, address and telephone number of the Hall is given and the Lodge Number of the Lodges that meet at that Masonic Hall.
